Online Account Access Now Available
For your convenience, Liberty Self Storage is THRILLED to announce Online Account Access. Our online services will allow you to view your account, print statements, and make online payments. You are also able to reserve units, and update contact information. Your account is accessible from www.liberty-storage.com. Account set up is easy with our online instructions. Please email customerservice@liberty-storage.com to get your Customer ID number. This will be needed to activate your online account. We will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding this new and exciting feature!!
Liberty Self Storage also offers the following Payment Options!!! Monthly Automatic Payment Drafts via Credit Cards (Helps alleviate late fees). Drop off Payments (Make payments at any location for any location). Pay by Phone via Credit Card (Can take a payment by phone 24/7 for no extra charge!) Mail payments. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment.
As a reminder we would like to briefly describe our Collection Process. Sixteen days prior to due date a courtesy statement is sent out. Payment is due on the same due date every month. We allow a ten day grace period before assessing a late fee of $15.00, per unit. If the grace period ends on a non-business day, the payment must be received the day prior. Effective March 2009, if payment is not received within twenty days past the due date, access to the unit(s) will be suspended, and a Suspended Access Fee in the amount of $10.00 per unit, will be assessed. All accounts 30 or more days past due are placed in our Collection Department, and additional fees may be assessed. Take the survey
